    what goes through your head on all these split squats, what cues. Are all these split squats an up and down exercise like an elevator or back and forth like an escelator? How do you initiate the movement, with your back foot by dropping the knee down or with the front foot? I appreciate the free content, thx

      Mostly vertical movement (80% ish) with ideally some horizontal forward movement (20% ish). Degree of forward movement depends on ankle mobility & knee health
